High Standards of Recruitment
Boys and Girls from throughout the country (age group of 18 to 35 yrs) with minimum educational qualification of 10th Standard and desired physical standards are selected as Security guard and trained in Payik Academy Recruitment Standards:
Age: 18 – 35 yrs
Qualifications: SSLC / Matric
Physical standards: Height-170 cms (Boys), 160 cms (girls)x Chest: 77-82 cms ( Boys )
Preference given to sports persons, NCC etc.

TRAINING :
After a comprehensive pre-employment screening process able bodied youths with minimum education qualification of 10th Std. from throughout the country are recruited as Security guards and trained in Payik Academy for a period of 4 weeks to make them security professionals capable of providing security / safety services of global standards to Industrial and Business Establishments.
The Academy is equipped with State of the Art training facilities and meticulous care is taken in induction as well as In-service training programmes to make the trainees highly committed security professionals, maintaining high ethical standards of Honesty and Integrity. They are trained in physical exercises / drills, Unarmed Combat Skills ( UAC ), First Aid, Fire safety, Disaster Management, Industrial / Airport security, handling of technical equipment, use of computers, motor cycle driving, professional conduct etc.
